Three weeks ago I bought Barracuda X headset. At the first time I used only wireless connect via usb-c dongle. Today I connected it to my phone and found out it don't want to pair with it. The static blue light seems like it is connected - but there's no sound. I plugged it back to pc and got worse issue, light stays static blue, however my pc don't even see the usb-c dongle. I tried every usb port and no luck.



What's going on with this thing?
