When I am playing games on my PC, my Razer Basilisk Ultimate will randomly stop providing input. The mouse is not disconnecting as no tone is played and all lights stay on, but no input whatsoever can be given for about 3 seconds at a time. The issues happen at seemingly random intervals, but it seems to be about once every 15 seconds. I have ensured that it is not an issue with the USB ports on my PC and it is not an issue with software/drivers as I have downloaded all updates. Again, this issue ONLY HAPPENS when in games on my PC, the mouse works just fine for web browsing and performing general things on my PC. I am at a loss of what to do, but a similar issue occurred with a Razer headset that I had a while back and I’ve since gotten rid of for the exact same issue.

Any help would be appreciated as this mouse was a gift and I don’t want to give it away or have it rot in a drawer somewhere.
