Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless Charging Issue

Hello, I recently purchased the Wireless Basilisk Ultimate mouse and I can't seem to get the mouse to stay on the charging station. The connectors are spring-loaded and they push the mouse up so that it disconnects. If the mouse were heavier or the charging station was magnetic to hold the mouse down it may not be an issue. I'm very happy with the mouse otherwise. I'm just wondering if there is something I'm missing here.

    When did the issue start? Try checking some information from this link regarding the charging issues of your Basilisk Ultimate. Also, please send me the serial number of your mouse via PM.
