    Same for me. Blue light not coming when switching to Bluetooth mode

    Hi guy! Try to reinstall the driver of the mouse and make sure the Synapse application is updated. You can get the firmware updater here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its specifications and start a case for a replacement request if necessary. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
