Hi Support, Have been using my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) fine, until a few days ago and there was no sound. Can’t hear anything at all.Have attempted clean reinstalls of Razer Synapse 3 and the new Razer Synapse. Have attempted firmware updates (I am on the latest) Have attempted pairing utility. (“Pairing failed”) Have attempted uninstalling the drivers.Would love some assistance in resolving the issue.
