Hi Support,
Have been using my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) fine, until a few days ago and there was no sound. Can’t hear anything at all.
- Have attempted clean reinstalls of Razer Synapse 3 and the new Razer Synapse.
- Have attempted firmware updates (I am on the latest)
- Have attempted pairing utility. (“Pairing failed”)
- Have attempted uninstalling the drivers.
Would love some assistance in resolving the issue.
