I have the same issue. No dongle means the audio is just trash through the aux. I've been trying to buy a dongle that is listed on the razer shop but it's never been in stock for Almost a year now. Why would you make a product that requires a small usb transceiver and not make them available to buy when that is the most likely part of the bundle that gets lost or damaged? I need a dongle,please.

i bought the razer blackshark v2 pro 2020 and it didnt com with a dongle i bought one online but it was the wrong one can i get a dongle for my specific headset

I’ve got the same problem as most others . My dongle broke and I’m trying to figure out where to go to replace it rather than buying a new headset. Any help works for me.

seems as though they've been ghosting all of us for some time now.  submitting a ticket is equally as useless.  hopefully there is some alternative to getting this figured out 

There are some available on Ebay, but I don’t know if they are the right dongles, I just need a little bit of help.

Hi, I also have ran into an issue with my USB dongle not working. My headset works fine with BT but the USB dongle is not even being detected on my PC anymore. I don’t think I have even had my headset for a full year. Where can I get a replacement USB Dongle?

You still have valid warranty? If yes, then RMA it.

dont get any on ebay they are all for the nari essential take it from someone who learned the hard way 

also you have to directly contact the razer people in razer insider this is just a public page look at the second message posted on this chat it should be by Razer.Zionzedd click the PM link and you can contact them directly

I guess they got away with it. The headphones were fine, but they are useless without the dongle as synapse can’t recognize them without dongle and they sound inferior with 3.5mm cable whose original piece also broke for me. 

can’t do business with such companies these days. Watch your back, Razer. Can’t go far like this.
