Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Don't forget to include a photo of the damaged card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
