Razer Blackshark V2 X Microphone not working?

Hey, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X and at first it worked perfectly. Now, a few days later, the mic is not working sometimes. I am either very silent or the mic is completely not working. When I unplug the mic for a few mins and plug it in again its working. But just for a few mins. The driver is updated. Whats the problem and how can I fix it?

Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Are you using any communication platform such as Discord when the behavior occurs?
