Razer - BlackShark V2 X Wired 7.1 Surround Sound Not Working Windows 11

At a relatives house for the holidays and trying to use my headset on a different computer for a couple weeks... I use Windows 10 and this PC is using Windows 11 and for the life of me I cannot get this computer to recognize when I plug in the Headset/Mic jacks that there is a Headset connected?? Are these really only usable on Windows 10 or am I just that incompetent and cannot figure this out--have the 7.1 Surround Sound installed but only displays the Monitor as the Output Device.

    Have you already tried to update the audio driver of your PC? You can also check if there are any pending optional updates for audio drivers in Windows updates. Check in the Sound settings for any disabled devices as well for further isolation.
