when i pressed 9 o l , keys it automatically typed lot of keys. ex;

Have you tried to use your keyboard on a computer without Synapse? For now, please follow the steps from this link to fix this. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to look for other possible fixes. Let's pick things up from there.
