Hello, what a disappointment it was when I bought a BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI keyboard specifically for playing games on Plastation 5 and found out that it only works via a wire.... Does anyone have a solution on how to fix this? DEATHADDER V2 X HYPERSPEED mouse works well

RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI INCOMPATIBLE PS5
Hello. Sadly, I noticed the same thing when I bought the razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed phantom edition and it didn’t work directly with the ps5 using the wireless dongle that came with the keyboard, but only through wired connection. HOWEVER, I found a workaround that makes this keyboard usable on ps5 over wifi. I also have the razer basilisk v3 pro mouse with its own wireless dongle and it works just fine over wifi with ps5. So I went into razer synapse and I paired both razer devices (mouse and keyboard) with the basilisk v3 pro wireless dongle. After that, I connected only this dongle in the ps5 and voila! I think you can try the same with your mouse deathadder v2 x hyperspeed.

You sir/ma’am are a scholar and a saint. You saved Amazon/Razer from a keyboard return. I purchased a Razer BlackWidow v3 mini hyperspeed edition to replace a full size logitech that had been destroyed, I swear it wasn’t me. Just as the OP said it didn’t work out of the box via Bluetooth or the USB dongle even after firmware check/update. I then purchased a Razer Orochi V2 Mobile Wireless. I updated the firmware on the mouse/mouse’s dongle. Then I pared the BWv3 mini with the OrichiV2 dongle. BOOM the keyboard and mouse now work on the PS5.
To Razer, if you’re listening. This is a silly problem. And you’re a silly company for allowing this. You’re a “gaming” accessories company; you should ASSume that your accessories will be plugged into gaming equipment. Extreame work arounds like this make you look very silly.

I have the exact same combo of products you do and was gutted I could not get them to work - it never occurred to me that combining them on the same dongle would carry over to the PS5. So thanks for this! Works fantastically. The Black and white razer basilisk v3 pro looks slick next to a PS5 Pro, like it was made for it.
You're a super cool dude, thanks so much for the hint. This method saved me from headaches and, most importantly, wires in my gambling zone, even though I already wanted to return it to the store.
Can anybody tell me how long it takes the hyperspeed pairing utility to scan the keyboard. I have a Blackwidow V3 mini and basilisk v3 x hyperspeed. I tried connecting the keyboard to mouse dongle. But it’s been scanning forever now. I’m losing my patience. Also wondering if I could connect my mouse to the keyboard dongle and use on ps5.

Hey, all you have to do is read this https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4048 and follow the instructions. I was able to finish it in five minutes. Utilizing Windows software is crucial. I'm having fun playing wire-free on my PS5 right now.
Does anyone know if the V4 mini also works with the basilisk dongle?
