Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro issue

Hi, I bought a blackwidow V3 Pro around janurary 2022 and I started by having issues with the volume wheel, which I disabled, but now I had an issue with the num pad enable key that started flickering (the light that says that num pad is enable) and the whole numpad started behaving abnormally, so I tried the unplug, then esc+cap lock+space bar and then reconnect and release the keys to reset the keyboard and now the keyboard won't properly work, I can see that the rgb effect keeps flickering around the numpad key. I tried cleaning it but nothing and now I can't use the keyboard as no input is detected, I had to use my older keyboard to be able to connect to my pc.

How it's connected to the PC? Have you've checked different connections via cable or 2.4GHz dongle or Bluetooth?
What's about connecting it to other PC to check if it's working properly or not?
It's connected via USB and not BT, the cable seems fine, other keys are not affected (outside numpad) I do not have other pc's to connect it too.

First try to reset the settings of your keybord in synapse. To do that open synapse and click wheel on top right side and select "reset" on right side you will have list of active devices next to your keybord select reset and confirm. Check if this help if not you can laso check this website if you have the latest firmware for your device.
