Razer Blade 14 (2021) fails to boot Ubuntu

Hello, I'm trying to use dual boot with Ubuntu on my Razer Blade 14" (2021) with RTX 3070 / QHD. My bootable USB was created from Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS with Rufus 3.15, using GPT / UEFI. Shortly after starting Ubuntu from the USB, I see some BIOS errors on screen (see picture). Then the Ubuntu loading screen shows for a bit, but then aborts and the Razer Blade restarts and boots into Windows. The BIOS version that came pre-installed was 1.06, which should be the latest. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
