Razer Blade 14 System Restore failed

I tried to restore my Razer Blade 14 via the F9 prompt at start up.  System restore stated but hanged at 76% for 3hrs…..  Turned off the system and restarted.    Now laptop restart would get into ‘Preparing Automatic Repair’ → which the blue page will say ‘Automatic Repair couldn’t repair your PC.  Press ‘Advanced Options” to try other options to repair your PC or ‘Shut down’ to turn off your PC.  a Log file was created at…….”… Options to click would be ‘Shut Down’ or ‘Advanced Options’.  If I choose ‘Shut Down’ that won’t help me since another attempt to restart will get me back to this page.  If I choose ‘Advanced Options’, I will be given ‘Continue → Exit and continue to windows 11’ which will get me back to the ‘Preparing AUtomatic  Repair’….  Other options are ‘Use a device’ which is to use USB drive / network connection or windows recovery DVD’.  another options are ‘Troubleshoot’ or ‘Turn off your PC’.  if I choose ‘Troubleshoot’ it will give me ‘Reset this PC’ or ‘Advanced options’….  to cut the long story short… I am in a loop.  Is the only option to restore be a restore via USB drive after downloading the package from Razer?  There seems to be no tech support # in Hong kong (I am travelling now)
