Hi,
So i bought a new 2018 Razer Blade 15 (i7,1060 GTX) in the States and tested it - played games, ran benchmarks etc and there were no issues. I brought it back to the Philippines and after an hour of setting it up, i encountered screen blurriness, ghosting and jitterriness after launching Steam and adjusting the display scales. At first, it only happened when i adjusted window sizes but became more permanent as i used it as per the images below.
I tried updating drivers, even system reset but the blurriness/ghosting continues even on the Razer logo once you boot up or even in safe mode.

I think it is a Windows 10 scaling issue but i tried resetting the scale sizes, turning windows autofix on and off but it stays the same.Using a external monitor is ok.
Please help as bringing the hardware back to the US for warranty will be a challenge.
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi there! Have you tried setting up an external display? Does the same issue happen?
Hi, Yup, no issues on the secondary monitor via HDMI.
BUT I did have a breakthrough last night when i plugged the laptop straight to a UPS/AVR instead of the extension cord that i was using which had other devices plugged in. The ghosting disappeared, maybe it was related to shielding on the power cord/extension.
No idea if that was supposed to happen or if the power supply is defective for behaving like that.

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the serial number of your Blade. Let's continue there.
