Hello,

 

I have sent this laptop in twice for repairs in the past, this time a new issue has arose. I opened my laptop to conduct some school work, and the LEDs on the keyboard as well as the power LED we’re on (power LED green). The screen would not turn on at all so I did a power shutoff with the power button. It took about 50 seconds of holding the power button down for it to shutoff. I then waiting about 2 minutes and tried to power the laptop back on and now it won’t at all. I have already tried the full reset, also have constant power to the charger and the charger is active when plugged into power. This is an odd issue and I need to get this fixed ASAP so I can finish my school work this weekend and week. I also plugged a usb phone charger into one of the ports to see if there was actually power flowing through the system and there was no luck. Please help. Thank you.

Even if I have to send the laptop in for further examination, I need to have a replacement for my school work, I am looking at buying another blade and then turning it in when I would receive my defective one back.

I had the same issue with blade 14 2022. 

After they tried to repair, few days later same issue (laptop froze and never power on). 

They have finally replace it another one (2022 series) but now I have the same issue (crash and froze during a game then never power on).

 

It is now put of the warranty time-line and Razer as me 3300 CAD to repair it! this is insane, I bought it 3012 CAD. 

To me they had a serious bad design and build for the 2022 series. Now my 3000 CAD laptop is a brick and just after one year.

I'm checking to sue Razer.
