Razer Blade 15 (RZ09-02385E92) - Battery Bloated
I realize my laptop is probably out of its warranty period, but it is inflating and it's making the touchpad not work. I'm not sure if this is dangerous or not to keep using, but everything seems to be okay for now. Seeing some horror videos online about lithium ion batteries exploding, I'm a bit worried that something more catastrophic would happen if I keep using my laptop.
I'm trying to find the proper way to get this fixed, either through an authorized repairer or an official replacement part, but all I've found were after-market batteries on Amazon. Is this the only option I have now outside the warranty period? I tried contacting support but when I enter my serial number, it looks like I can't even talk to someone at Razer outside of the warranty period. :(
