Razer Blade 15 Sound Problems


Hi there!
I bought a Blade 15 Advanced back in 2021 and i am super happy with it!
Version: RZ09-0367BGC3-R3G1
But i have a problem wich i never could solve, i did send a support ticket to Razer but instead of a simple answer i got requests for several informations and a not working ticket link...

So i try here my luck:

The speakers are horrible, i get many statick / crackling noices while playing music and videos.
This is my second laptop and the first one i had had that problems too, but that was 10 years ago.

Mostly i don´t use them anyway because i use a headset with dolby atmos on it.

Can this problem be somehow solved? Is it maybe a software / driver problem?
Or is this normal because of the small design factor?
But then, my Galaxy Tab S7 has a very good sound quality and that speakers are way smaller.

Using Windows 10, i don´t want to upgrade to 11.

I think the problem solved itself, i made a firmware update for the chipset (like it is available on the page from the laptop) and no more noises, crackle, etc. anymore!
