Razer Blade 2018 Webcam Not Being Recognized

I'm having issues with my webcam. I wanted to use it yesterday but I opened skype and it was not being detected. Are there drivers for the webcam? Also, I went to the device manager and could not find anything related to the webcam.

Due to this stupid COVID-19 situation, I'm trying to use CISCO Webex Training to run online classes for my high school students, but my Blade 15" (2018 Adv) does not detect the webcam and it's now not even listed in Device Manager.

Pleeeeeeease help!!!

Same issues here, support suggested I factory reset the laptop, but I am always using it for work... so haven't got around to do that. Other than trying that out, I haven't seen anyone fix this issue yet.
