When playing a game my machine became sluggish and eventually locked up. I was able to hard reboot it and it got into a cycle where it would crash shortly after boot. I got into safe mode and disabled almost everything I could before doing a windows 11 reset. Post rest I was able to restore some functionality, but the Nvidia graphics driver was not loading properly. I went and installed all Razer recommended updates to Intel firmware and BIOS, but problems persist allowing only simple applications to run on my laptop and anytime I attach a Razer USB C peripheral the machine crashes. The only related threads I can find here are locked, so hoping to get some help and be able to game on my laptop again.
Thanks!

I have tried every troubleshooting guide and step I can find on the Razer support site and nothing seems to be fixing the issue. Additionally after taking the latest Intel updates and switching to dedicated GPU mode in synapse, the machine now just crashes after a few minutes. I’m starting to be concerned the machine is all but bricked as I can’t even play simple games. This machine has been so great until recently and would be a shame to lose it for no reason.
