Here's the rub:
Windows 10 1909
All Windows updates have been ran.
I've submitted 2 different support tickets that were sent into a void and I haven't heard back. I've all but given up on this computer ever actually working. This is my primary driver in a business office. It is on a domain, managed via Group policies and has been "imaged" via MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) from a very capable Engineer. The drivers were extracted prior to imaging and were imported into MDT.
The USB controller doesn't actually work from what I can tell. I connect my device to a 27" Dell Canvas (connected via DisplayPort USB-C) and a new Dell Dock (WD19TB). Connected to that dock is 34" Ultrawide (3440x1080p). Sometimes one works, sometimes they work at the same time, but most of the time once I connect them, then leave (let's say to a meeting), and try to reconnect, I have to reboot my PC to get it to recognize those devices. They work fine on my Macbook Pro and other laptops.
Now, over the last week and a half, it has been freezing anytime that it connects to any USB-C/TB device. The only way to get it to come back is by holding down the power button and doing a hard boot.
Let me know what other questions I can answer to get to the bottom of this.
