Hi all,
Yesterday my laptop crashed while writing an email, which has never happened before. On boot, my laptop kept getting sent to the windows trouble booting screen, so eventually I tried factory resetting with windows. However, this eventually froze up on a boot screen, and now every time i try to factory reset again, it instantly gives me an error.
I moved on to trying using the razer recovery utility, but that gets stuck everytime i use it at 12%. Is there anything else I can do? Would appreciate the help!
