Worst customer service experience ever no joke can some one help me my laptop stoped working sent it out for razor care was told 1-2weeks

2 weeks later with no updates I call in to the repair place they need to change out a logic board and get it to see if that works or if other things are bad and don’t have one and need to order it and they said 5 days to a week to get just that part I use this for work and light gaming I’m already with out a computer for 2 weeks and to be told another 2weeks is unacceptable I need to buy anther pc now and the razer care did not even once send me an update at all
I understand that you are frustrated, but please understand that repairs depend on parts availability, and given the current state of shipping lines, delays are unavoidable. That said, please send me your ticket number so I can check what's happening behind the scenes. I can't guarantee anything, but I will do my best to turns things around.
