Dear Razer Team,

I have a problem with installing my Razer Copperhead (model numer: RZ01-050200) on Windows 10 pro.
I downloaded driver v6.10_070403. While installing there is an information "FAILED" after trying to detect the mouse. Razer Configurator is installed correctly, but when I try to apply any change in configuration, I get the information "no mouse detected". I tryed all usb ports in my computer (usb 2.0 and 3.0).

I searched the internet and couldn't find solution.

Please help me!

Thank you for the information. So, I guess I'll have to downgrade do Windows XP 😉
