Razer cortex dont count my hours dm

First that happen with Genshin Impact, one day just stop taking the hours in the game and never counted the hours again with the same game, then with Roblox, League of legends and other games, every day I have to install a new game to count the hours and I don't have a very good pc for install all the list of game permited, I need help please all my group gets the hours and i cant do anything!! 😞

Can someone help me pls with my Razer cortex?
