Razer Cortex not Counting Hours!!

Hello,

I played yesterday more than my usual 4 hours for the competition, but Cortex didn't record a single minute of it. When I noticed this issue I tried to restart the game, the cortex app, and my PC as well. After a lot of tries, I finally could get recorded 55 minutes but nothing more. I need help with this problem.
