Razer Cortex System Booster Issue

Hi, ever since I downloaded Razer Cortex in hopes of boosting my pc, it has not been working. For some reason, not matter how long I wait, the system booster always seems to be stuck at 8% and it won't go higher. I have uploaded a file on how this situation. I will actively check under this thread for any help. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

We received similar issues before, after investigating the logs, we found that Cortex is not stuck in the area, it is scanning a huge windows system folder and needs more scanning time, which may lead to an illusion that Razer Cortex is stuck at 8%.

Here could you please wait for more time and see whether it works after scanning this huge folder?

Please feel free to provide us with your Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue if it kept the same after a long time scanning.
