Hi, I'm hoping to get some help here, I just bought a brand new Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard, plugged it in and tried it out, only to discover a few keys won't work, like Z, B, M, Q and more. But the rest work fine, it's really weird.
It doesn't seem to be broken keys, they feel fine, and press like all the rest, I think it's a software thing or somethng, I don't know if you need to update these keyboards or if they have drivers and such.
Has anyone had this problem? Know any solutions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Have the same issue with my 3 days old Cynosa v2, my numpad 4,5,6, -, *,/ are not working. I reinstalled Synapse and still nothing. This morning after i started my PC the keys were working fine, without installing anything, after few hours i turned off my PC, and in the evening when i started back my PC, the same keys stopped working again!!!
i have this issue as well, but for me it is the c, n, backspace and space keys. I dont under why this is. it is very upsetting.
I have replaced my cynosa v2 twice, once with the esc, function, and tilde keys dead out of the box, and again with the multimedia keys being non-functional when they were initially. Now I'm having the same issue on the one shipped to me from a different distributor. I think the entire release may have an issue, but its not big news bc most people don't like membrane. I contacted razer support about the initial issue and was told that its just defective. I don't know if there's anything to do, but I recommend following the instructions on the website specifically for the Cynosa V2.
