synapse 3 wont detect it windows reads usb gaming mouse and i just ordered it it still wont detect even though its brand new ive tried restarting my pc deleting the hid compliant driver and unintalling it but nothing works it still justwont get detected by synapse its in a main usb port and not a hub can somebody please help me solve this issue
