Hello, I have purchased the deathadder two months ago. Since two days ago I can not use it at all.

As I do not have bluetooth availability in my main PC, I tried to pair it via bluetooth with my laptop, but it couldn't find it all. When I try to connect it via cable, I have on and off connection (connecting and reconnecting with the characteristic sound of windows). The cersor will move only the 1-2 seconds it manages to establish communication. With the 2.4 Hz, I only get the connect sound, it is visible in device manager and connected devices, but no movement at all. Also it won't appear on Synapse app. The lighting of the mouse remains purple (the colour that I have chosen) without turning to red, so I do not think it is a battery problem or it needs to be charged. The same occurs by using the dongle. Yes I tried to install and re-install the Synapse app, I tried the Synapse cleaning tool, I updated the drivers for all USB hubs, and as I mentioned above, I tried to connect it with other laptop. The only thing I did not manage to try, is the deathadder pairing utility, as it requires connection via cable which I can not establish.
