Razer Electra V2 USB not working at all.
Hello! So last night i was on my PC, everything normal. Suddently my headset stopped working. This happens from time to time and i just re-plug them and it`s fixed. But this time, they are not recognized by the PC at all. I have tried plugging them into another USB port (both 2.0 and 3.0) or plugging them into another PC. They are simply not showing up anywhere and not working. The glowing Razer logo doesn`t work either. I have tried updating the firmware, but in order to do that u need to conect the headset to the PC. The headset is connected to the PC but not even the firmware update app recognizes it. Whenever i plug them into my PC, i get a message saying: "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfuntioned, and Windows does not recognize it.". I tried everything the support from live chat gave me: reinstalling audio drivers, clean reinstall of Synapse and .NET framework. Nothing works. Help me please!
