I see below issue with my order when I do FexEx tracking.



Does anyone know how to get it resolved?

Did you ever get an answer from Razer? Mine is now also stuck in customs and it's a gift I'm waiting impatiently on! Been stuck since the 26th. It's not a good sign when it's stuck
Mine got updated, but shows a different exception and a delivery date of Mon Oct 5th.

I even paid for expediated shipping!

All of those are on the package, so those shouldn't be a reason for it to be held off. That said, it can take a week if customs takes their time to check all the packages as they usually do that in bunches.

Hey same thing with me, same issue - My order is stuck at customs too..



When contacting razer no body wants to reply and none of the Higher ups are ever connect with us on the online Chat..



Has anyone found a way to connect with these support staff people?

I also have this same issue, the Customs clearance team has asked for a revised invoice . - Check below the exact words from them - "



Dear sir,

Please provide revise invoice copy with mentioning supplier details for preparing checklist."





Constantly trying to contact KIM from the Razer VIP team but no reply on emails. Have put in multiple emails!



Any way to connect with them?

@ParthMMehta Customs should not contact you in these situations. I honestly do not understand why they even try when the information they think they need is clearly from the shipper's side of things. Anyways, PM me your order number, and I'll see what I can do from my end.
