My Blackwidow V2 keyboard has been very reliable for the past few years but today my PC crashed and when I finally got it working again my keyboard wasn’t recognised. My mouse (firefly) is still working fine afterwards. I often have issues with my PC’s stability but in the past when it has crashed my keyboard was fine. Plugging it into both my PC and my laptop the device was not recognised and trying to install a firmware update just caused the firmware update to go to 100% validation, pause, beep then restart in an endless loop. Any idea what could be the cause and whether it is fixable?
