Razer Gold not sending code

Can someone help me,  Razer Gold is not sending my 2 step authentication code..

I can’t purchase using my gold in razer.

I can’t access my back up codes as well since it is also requesting for a code

I’m here to help. Please follow the steps provided below and try again after 15 minutes:

1. Please check if there is a good internet network connection to your mobile. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your machine or device.
3. Sign out and Sign in to your Razer Gold Account
4. Clear browsing history, including cache files and cookies

If the steps didn't work, please submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. My Razor Gold  Gift Card purchase, is having codes in all

Same as well for me. Not sure when they’re going to fix it.
