my earbuds have stopped being detected by all the devices I use them with, they still get power and light up, but they aren't detected on my phone, computer, or switch.
Is there anything that could have caused this? Is it permanent if so?

Hey TriCobaltGaming! Thanks for posting your Hammerhead USB-C ANC's concern here. That's odd. Aside from your usual setup (phone, computer, or switch), have you tried connecting the earbuds to other devices?

Given that they're USB-C not bluetooth...no i haven't, I put in a request to Razer support and they said they will replace it for me, though

Thanks for pointing that out. If in case the headset is not detected aside from the previous devices that are detecting the headset, it can be replaced through Razer's limited warranty coverage. Feel free to send me your case number via PM should you need additional assistance.
