Razer headphones wont connect to my computer

i have a razer blackshark v2 x, and it wont connect to my computer. it works if i open the computer while the headphone is plugged in however when i unplug it and plug it in again, it wont connect so i have to restart my computer again. does anyone know how i can fix this? also i went to the sounds playback tab in the control center and there are 3 devices: Speaker/Headphones realtek(r) audio Speakers thx spatial internal AUX jack thx spatial i tried to test all of them the speaker/headphones one is just my pc's speakers not the headphones, i couldn't even test the speakers one, and for internal auc jack thing i can test it but no sound came out if it matters, my computer is a dell g5

Were there any changes applied to your computer before the issue? Have you tried to connect your headphones to a different computer and check if it behaves the same? If so, do send me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 X via PM. I can use it to help me look for possible solutions. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
