Razer Headset Automatic Power Off

My Razer Barracuda X (2022) Wireless keeps turning itself off and I'm not sure how to fix that. I've tested it while it's dying, and also while it's fully charged and it's just doing the same thing. I can be mid game or mid movie and it just turns itself off. What do I do?

Same with 2 different pairs of kraken v3 pro on latest firmware for the past year. Each one worked for about 15 hours when they were brand new without a shutoff. Power off in synapses is off even shut off with synapse completely closed. Didn't happen on my nari ultimate.

I updated my Razer Barracuda X (2022) with this firmware - RazerBarracudaX_0552_FirmwareUpdater_v1.7.0_r2. The update completed and showed that the headset and dongle is now version 1.70. After the update, I noticed that the headset power itself off after couple of mins. I connected the headset through the app and confirmed that the standby is set to never, I also set to 1 hr but still goes off.

I have Barracuda headphones and they always turn off the headphones and I don't know what to do anymore. And Razer seeing a topic like this and not saying ANYTHING is even worse. The headset has no audio and microphone when I press it to Power Off and then I have to turn it on again for everything to work but this happens many times a day, for the love of God RAZER do something

Same for me. I have them connected via the dongle to my PC and it just disconnects after seconds of connection.

This is still an issue and not a peep from Razer.

Same for me. I have them connected via the dongle to my PC and after watching a video or listening to a song, they just turn off during the silence

People seem to be able to fix it on mobile with the app but is there a windows app that supports the device?

I don’t think there is.

my pc doesn’t have a type c port so I was using the usb to type c extender cable that came with it and it turns off randomly. I bought a usb to type c adapter thinking that it might fix the issue but to no avail. I already tried setting “never” in the phone app. It still doesn’t work.

My razer barracuda is turning off by itself for a few seconds and then plugs back in, it's sad this because I bought the handset not 2 months ago

Has there been an update on this? I saw the suggestion about setting it to never on the phone App but it still turns off randomly. I checked if its a battery issue and it’s not.

I have mine set to 30 minutes in the app but they still turn off after 5 so I guess the setting is defunct.

I’m having the same issue. When I googled, there is apparently an auto shut-off feature that can be turned off from the app. I am in the app and cannot find it though.

I support it, my headset also turns off after a while. Annoy. And I also noticed such a thing that if nothing is played, then the sound turns on with a wheeze.
