Surely after spending $200USD on a keyboard I could be guaranteed that a replacement for a detachable piece (in this case, the wrist rest) would be readily available in the event that this needed to be replaced (from regular wear and tear, etc.). Unfortunately, I have been told by all channels of Razer's awful support that there is none available for replacement and likely never will be. Note that I am not asking for a FREE one, I am asking to PURCHASE a wrist rest replacement for my keyboard.
This isn't the only time I've had this issue with them. My Razer Blade laptop had a bad key cap on the Y, so I simply asked if they could mail me a new one (this is when the laptop was brand new), and I was told that it was not available and that they could not help me with that.
What the hell is this company turning into? I want to PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT for your NEWEST KEYBOARD, and you "have no inventory to replace the wrist rest", or whatever other way your outsourced garbage support can word it.
