RAZER HUNTSMAN MINI "L" BUTTON FREEZES

Hi i bought razer hunstman mini and it's been working well for few days but now my l key freezes while i writing. I tried reset keyboard replug reinstall drivers reset system restart computer and it dont work. But it's works when razer synapse 3.0 is on but if i off program it's freezes again. I think razer just need to update huntsman mini drivers.

Are you on Windows 10? Which specific version? Also, what processor do you have, Intel or AMD?

Windows 10. When you go to Settings > System > About you see "Windows 10 Home" in Edition. Below that there should be "Version" and "OS Build". What do those say?

Give the support guys some time to reply. It could be a software issue.

I checked it on the razer ornata chroma keyboard and everything works there, which is probably a problem with the keyboard

Dude, we have the same setup! I also have an Ornata Chroma, and yeah, it works well when the Huntsman Mini did not.

Hopefully we can get Razer to fix this issue.

I don't know, I'm just another customer here.

I've been following a bunch of posts about the Huntsman Mini because I had the same problem. I've returned the keyboard and I'm waiting for a replacement, but in the meantime I'm checking out every post because if it's a software problem, a replacement might not change anything for me.

Some people have reported problems with Synapse and certain PC configurations, so any information we provide to Razer will help them fix the problem faster, is my hope.

Anyway, good luck! I tagged one of the Razer support guys in the first reply. Hopefully they'll see this post and they'll be able to provide assistance for your problem.

Brooo it works i just wanted to give it to warranty but i dont know how it works. I literally just tested it before i go to shop and my L key works try on your keyboard!

Yeah, I kept it for a couple of weeks, and sometimes it would work for a while, then it would stop working.
