I've bought a brand new Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition (RZ03-03081100-R311) keyboard two months ago, and so far I have been thoroughly enjoying it. Unfortunately, over the past few weeks I've been experiencing a very annoying problem where some of the keys get virtually stuck and start repeating / spamming phantom presses indefinitely until any key is pressed again.
It is mainly noticeable on FPS games where movement (with the WASD keys, although it happens with ANY key) is constant and critical, but I'm unable to recreate this issue willfully as apparently it occurs without any observable pattern (though I would say it occurs with a frequency of 30 minutes or so).
This has nothing to do with: Synapse (happens even when turned off), Windows (also happens when working with a different OS), macros (the profiles and memory are clean), games (it even happens when typing on plain text), the USB port (switching seems to make no difference) or the keyboard switches as I don't have the habit of hitting it or spilling food or liquids.
Researching this issue over the Internet I found out that this same problem was caused by the firmware on some older Razer keyboards which eventually got updated over time, but for now I haven't found any official solution or statement related to this exact model.
Is it defective, buggy or am I missing something? I don't have the patience to keep investigating this irritating issue and I plan on asking for a replacement as I still have the warranty, but I hope that this being a supposed firmware problem maybe it can get fixed via a future update.

I have the same issue occurring on my new Razer Black Widow 3, which I have had for exactly 8 days today
did you get any help for this? i was sent a replacement keyboard as mine was doing these phantom presses on the first day, i was assured that it was a one off. 20 minutes in and the replacement keyboard is EXACTLY the same as the last
I've recently got my replacement keyboard, one month and a week after first approaching Razer. So far I haven't encountered any problem but I'll update if it ever happens again.

Anyone still having these issues? i Had my huntsman TE over a year and everything was fine, last month i started to experience the same issue with this (mostly on WASD) keys of this phantom stuck "virtually" keys.. Theres no solution all over the internet.. and theres also no firmware update for huntsman TE on razer website.. Please help us Razer!!
