As the title states, Rapid Trigger functionality is not working properly when I enable it on Synapse - it stutters and or no movement happens or stops (i.e. if I press the WASD keys for instance). I've seen this problem reported before and that a patch fixed it but I just got the keyboard yesterday and I've patched Synapse and installed the firmware update but I'm still encountering this problem.

 

I even uninstalled Synapse, installed the new Beta version but no Snap Tap feature is on that so I re-installed Synapse 3 and I still have the problem.

 

Does anyone know the solution to this? Is it a software issue or hardware? Any help would be really appreciated, thank you.

same here. Youre the first thread ive seen talking about this. Gotta be a software issue

also side note i use TFGH instead of WASD so it cant be a hardware issue now that i think about it

We should complain this issue as fast as possible. But more no. Of participants required.They are not watching this issue.
