
Razer is avoiding my returns
I purchased a razer huntsman keyboard only a few days ago and need it to be returned. I went onto the Razer website to start a return but every time I do I get the following error: We’re unable to process your return at this time. I've attempted at returning my keyboard in the double digits now and I still get the same error. When I try to contact the support team through the website, I also get an error stating they cannot get someone to contact me. It's been so drastic that I ended up going to the Razer Customer Support twitter page and dm'ing them. After giving my info, they said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. Ignoring the fact that a return wasn't processed on the spot, I sat and waited for a Razer rep to contact me as stated. This did not happen, and when I tried contacting them back on twitter, I was ghosted. I honestly feel they're wasting my time to wait out the 14 day return period.
This was my first time buying a Razer product thinking I'm buying from a high end retailer but after this experience I'm convinced otherwise and am highly disappointed. Can I get ANYONE to PLEASE help return my Razer product? At this rate I'm going to be ignored until my 14 days are over. Please, anyone, I need this product returned.
