Razer is starting to give me problems

So dont get me wrong I love razer but this is getting too much. First for some reason tbeir razer kiyo does't work on facebook video chat on google chrome. Tried contacting razer support but they dont know whats wrong and how to fix it. Now my razer hammerhead pro v2 stop working. For some reason after a year of use the left earphone stop working unless I moved the connector in an angle. I'm guessing the wire broked. Also contacted the razer support and said they will replace it. But no update reply from them yet even after sending 3 pictures of the product that they told me to include the serial and cut the wire.
