Hi, I have a Razer Junglecat (model #: RZ06-03030), and the right controller no longer works. When attempting to connect to my phone or PC, it does not connect. When plugged in to charge, it does not charge and the LED does not light up. The left one works with this charger. The charging port looks fine. Last thing I remember doing with it was charging it up successfully.

Do you have any troubleshooting tips? I’m not sure if I should open it up to look inside. Or what could have possibly failed? Or how do I get another or do they do repairs? I remember my Kishi also broke a couple years ago, but they couldn’t do anything about it.

I think the clear answer is that we should all stop buying Razers poorly supported junkyard accessories. Also if they treat the cheap accessories like this why would I even buy a computer from them? They don't even let the Junglecat app work anymore. It's defunct. $100 paperweight.
