Razer Keyboard not having the color I set it to.

My keyboard color is red for a bit then turns green I don't want that and I set my colors to rainbow and its not even rainbow the colors are wrong I exited synapse and didn't work.

Please try to log out from your Razer Synapse account. If you are using the Razer Synapse 3.0, please log in as a guest user and check if the Chroma concern persists.

I see. Try resetting the keyboard by going to the upper-right corner of your app where the gear icon is located (settings), then reset the keyboard and see if it helps.

It is still acting the same. Is it my usb port or something. Because every time I plug it in a different USB port it lights normally But my other USB is for my razer kraken v3 And this is the Razer Ornata V2
