razer kishi dpad not working

Yo can we get an answer on this? Same thing happened to me. Dpad not working. I really thought I caught trust razer with there products. I bought my son the whole razer mouse keyboard set. Really hope it can be dependable. 

Same exact thing happened to me.

I had the same thing happen to me with not one, but two Razer Kishi V2 controllers. On both, the left d-pad button stopped working properly a few months in. Found out on Reddit that this is a common issue with these new controllers. They suggest taking it apart (something about the ribbon cable connection). But I shouldn’t need to do that. 

It’s really sad because I actually like this version. It looks and plays really nice (until it stops working, of course).
