Is it was a wireless headset, to be disconnected? if not, there must be some minor issue, like the audio output device was switched to the others audio output when running certain application

Hi, @chicoritta! Was this working before? Were there any updates/changes done to your computer prior to the issue? Does this also happen without Synapse running in the background? For now, PM me the headset's serial number. I can use that to verify the model and look into more mode-specific solutions. Let's pick it up from there.
