Razer Kiyo Not Working

So recently I bought a Razer Kiyo from a Walmart store. When I got home I had the BEST unboxing experience (Just wanted to put that in there) but when I plugged in the Kiyo into my desktop, it didn't work. Razer Synapse detected it, but I couldn't preview the camera. I was stuck on a screen that said my camera settings and Razer Synapse settings were different and I had two buttons I could press, one said to stick with Razer Synapse settings, or go with the camera settings, but none of the buttons did anything. So I opened up my laptop, plugged in the Kiyo, and it worked perfectly. Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Do you mind sending me the serial number and a screenshot of how Kiyo appears on the Device Manager via PM? I can use those to verify its model and see things from your perspective. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
