Razer Kiyo Pro 4K resolution not working

For some reason I am not able to activate the 4K 30fps resolution on Razer Kiyo Pro. The best I can get is 1080p 60 fps

I have tried:

  • with and without Synapse
  • updated the newest firmware
  • all the USB ports on my computer
  • different computer
  • windows 11 is fully updated
  • usb drivers seems fine
  • with Windows Camera, OBS and Bandicam
  • i am using the USB cord that came with the webcam
  • I have m32u 4k monitor

Any tips what to try next or should I just return this?

    Same issue here, in OBS when I try to change the resolution of the camera it goes black. When I change it to default and the canvas to 1080p it fits perfectly.

    I found a fix for me at least. The issue was I switched to a longer usb type c cord. A generic longer usb c doesn’t have the strength to handle the 4k 60fps. I bought a 20gbps cable that supports this and the longest you can get is 6.6ft. Long story short use the supplied cable or get a longer one on Amazon.
