I have the exact same problem… also feeling frustrated especially when I see on Razer site that the product is not longer supported… so how to solve this problem and get the device upgraded?
I am having the very same issue here… following for updates on resolving this problem. This camera was only released February 2021… no reason it shouldn’t still be supported!
I created a support ticket and was informed that the firmware upgrade for my camera (bought still in 2022) was not compatible with the camera and they offered to replace the device… hope it helps!

Was it under warranty still?
In Europe the warranty is 2 years so yes, still under warranty.
Currently going at it with support about a replacement. They are really dragging it out how they cannot help without proof of purchase. This was a gift for Christmas for me December 2021. I do not find it appropriate to ask someone for the receipt for a gift. As far as everything else they have asked of me I have given them everything. They’ve asked for.
I am just here to vent about how frustrating the entire process has been for me. I’ve spent a lot money on Razer products over the years and what they are pulling on me is really putting a sour taste in my mouth. Especially from a company who has an entire marketing plan aimed at gifting during the holidays.
They can still make this right, but if they don’t I am afraid that I may have to support another company going forward.

Contact the support team. If there’s anything possible to do, they will know what and how. I have my new camera and it’s working fine!
The old one is simply not possible to update the firmware...
I get the same message. The kicker is that this is a brand new, in the box, Kiyo Pro, and their automated tool says the unit is out of warranty! I just unwrapped it today, purchased directly from the Razer store on Amazon.

As long as you have the invoice and it’s from an official store or reseller, then you should be good. Contact the support team and explain it as you did here and attach the documents. Good luck!
Could we have the older firmwares available, because i am having problems with the 1.5 version. currently i am unable to use this on my pc, and it appears black and white in my laptop.
